What area does Spectacle Events serve?

We are pleased to set up and breakdown events within a 30 minute drive of Stafford, VA. 

We do travel outside of this area for an additional fee.

What type of events does Spectacle Design?

Birthday Parties, Tea Parties, Bachelorette Parties, Baby Showers, Bridal Showers, Anniversaries, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Proposals, Date Nights, Casual Brunches, Girls' Night weddings and SO MUCH MORE! Any occasion could be a special event with Spectacle.

Do you help with proposals?

We'd LOVE to help you with this! Spectacle has a heart for married couples and assisting you in join the married crew would be our honor. We're currently working on some very cool ideas that will be featured on our website in the Fall. "Marry Me" in faux flower petals can be added to any package for $25.

Can I rent just the picnic table?

Our picnic tables are hand crafted and made out of black walnut, ceder, and more! Our picnic tables are designed to be linen less and more are, COMING SOON for rental.

Where can I host my picnic?

The decision is entirely yours, yet it may come as a surprise to discover that the optimal setting for a picnic could be right in your own backyard! Backyard picnics offer convenient access to food, restroom facilities, and refreshing cold beverages. Moreover, there are no time constraints when you're on private property, and should the weather take a turn, transitioning indoors is a breeze. All picnic sites must feature level ground and be situated within 100 yards of a loading zone. We are more than willing to arrange setups at a chosen venue, pending approval from the venue itself.

Can you do a custom theme?

Absolutely! We are delighted you asked. We can create a custom theme tailored to your preferences for an additional charge. To ensure we meet your expectations, it would be very beneficial to discuss your ideas, including the number of guests attending and your overall budget. Understanding your realistic budget helps us to effectively bring your vision to life without exceeding your financial comfort zone."

What about children?

We adore children! Kids aged 2 and under are welcome free of charge as they do not need a designated table setting. Children aged 3 and above will have their own delightful table setting to enjoy. Thinking about hosting a picnic party for children? Let's make it happen!

Can you accommodate guests that cannot sit on the ground?

We strive to ensure everyone's comfortable. For those not sitting on the ground, we offer a two-person table and chairs for an additional cost. Alternatively, if you have your own table and/or chairs in mind, we can seamlessly integrate our tablescape design with your preferred choice.

Does Spectacle Events provide food?

At this time, we do not offer food. We hope this will give you more flexibility to feed your guests whatever you please! We understand that allergies are REAL, so we just stick to what we're good at.

We are currently working on partnerships with Indulgence by Rachel  Fresh Connection Catering, Classic Catering, & Innovation Catering.

What happens if there is bad weather?

We're here to help you plan the perfect picnic, rain or shine! Our flexible booking policy allows you to change your date once, without any fees, up to 72 hours before your scheduled picnic.  Better yet, if you'd like to keep the date/time, we can set up a magical indoor picnic if you have the space! If the weather doesn't cooperate on your rescheduled date, we'll give you one more opportunity to pick a new date.

 

Again, If you prefer to keep your original date and it rains, we can set up a delightful indoor picnic if you have the space. Please note, we do not offer refunds, so having an indoor backup plan is highly recommended. We're committed to making your picnic experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to reschedule your picnic, we will work with you to find a new date and time based on availability. However, all cancellations and rescheduling must be made in writing 72 hours prior to your picnic date and time.

Are there any restrictions?

We kindly request that you avoid crafts involving paint, glue, or glitter that could potentially damage tables and decor. Please also be mindful when consuming red wine or any foods and drinks that could cause stains. For safety reasons, we ask that you refrain from using open fires near your picnic decor. Please note, you are responsible for the cost of cleaning or replacing any items damaged during your event. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!"
